After a week of deliberation, I have made up my mind to no longer provide direct download links on this website. It was not a easy decision to make, and one that I know I would have to make sooner or later. For those that have love and care for MYAC, I am truly sorry that the time has come, and I hope that you will be able to find another place or maybe learn how to use torrent. I hope we didn’t spoon-fed you guys too much. I know you will survive without us.

With the lost of over 15,000+ files, it was really too much for me to handle. Some of you don’t understand the magnitude and the amount of hard work that was put into creating a site that has over 90% working links. I have put nearly 3 years of hard work into this website since 2009. I bet some of you never had a relationship that long. This site truly means a lot to me and I hope you guys still come visit it even without the download links. I know that over half of you will not return, but that’s okay.

Thank you to all the people that have helped me in the past years: azazel, Ad, cactuspot, AndriannaZ, commonjunks, elite1, evo, happystarbug, kjordan, naeblis, oink, omgsun, shinostarr, kiyoshitaro, mystix, payahbleh, mermaid,Tokimeki, Jay, ego3rd, flyaway, people that donated and anyone else that I forgot to name, I’m truly grateful for your assistance.

What will happen to this site? I will keep adding movie and dramas information, but there will not be any direct download links or torrent links. The site will stay up for at least another 6 months, after that, if I can afford it, I will renew the server myself. I will do my best to keep this website alive for as long as I can for people to use it as a reference site.

I am in the middle of writing up a forum post on there with all the secret sources as to where I get all the korean dramas and movies. I will be posting it there, so look forward to that. This will be the last announcement on MYAC.

    its hard to loose all those files but harder to loose this site that provides so much information. i hope that you can still keep it going for a very long time. i can’t imagine the time and effort let alone the sweat and tears to make it right, well more like perfect. BE BLESSED ALWAYS!!!

    So this is how it ends… I witness the death of DLAznMovies (i was soo happy when LP joined the yellowcinema team!) and now yellowcinema is dead too… so sad… ( by the way, i always thought space was a dude… sorry!)
    It’s so hard to find good asian movie sites… that are user friendly!

    wow this would happen sooner or later but… just wanna say THANK YOU for all the hard, hard work the peeps hv done since YC. After the shutdown of MU, I knew chaos it would bring to us all but it has been worthwhile. I loved YC and MYAC and you’re one of the best and neat dwl websites out there. If you ever make a comeback, do let us knw. :)

    i just visited the site after quite some time to discover the bad news.. this is soo sad :( ( i remember spending hours debating what to download from all the wonderful stuff this site had to offer.. from yellowcinema and then myasiancinema, this has been my go-to site for years.. anyway, a big thanks to all the amazing people who contributed to this site.. your work is highly appreciated :)

    Really really loved this site, can’t believe its’s no more! Been here since it was Yellow Cinema. This was the best site out of all the sites i visited, i knew i could find my dramas/movies with subs here.

    Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into this site, i hope you get to read our comments and see how much we appreciated your efforts and everyone else who helped with this site. I hear MegaUpload is fighting to have the site back up so maybe there’s hope after-all, Hopefully one day you’ll be back and i’ll be on the lookout for your return
